Dr. Carlton Green, former Executive Director of Nutrition, UCLA Medical Center has been in the food service industry for over twenty five years before retiring in 2005 to fully devote his time to consulting, coaching and motivational speaking. But his talents, skills, and clear understanding of the business of creating a successful business environment, has had far reaching effects. He is an innovative problem-solver and creative visionary, with the ability to identify and build business and profit opportunities. His consistent achievements in developing business in the areas of client relations, customer satisfaction, staff development and coaching, and quality operations as well as his engaging speaking style -- make him a much sought after speaker to a diverse audience of businesses, universities, and organizations. Dr. Green is the recipient of numerous awards during his highly successful career, inclusive of the 2001 Silver Plate Award and the 2004 American Society for Healthcare Food Service Administrator's Jacques Bloch Award. He will retire from the UCLA Medical Center in June 2005. Carlton has the joined the team of Don Miller and Associates as a success coach and consultant. He is the father of six children and resides in Sherman Oaks, California with Judy, his wife of fifty years.
